Whistleblower Channel

If you wish to report an allegation related to potential irregular conduct linked to Galar Foods’ activities, we offer our Whistleblower Channel. This channel allows anyone to submit an allegation regarding actions or omissions that may constitute presumed breaches of European Union law, as well as any serious or very serious criminal or administrative offenses that may occur during Galar Foods’ diverse activities.

Our Whistleblower Channel guarantees complete confidentiality of any submitted allegation and complies with the legal requirements established in Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals reporting regulatory breaches and combating corruption (Official State Gazette number 44 of February 21, 2023).

In accordance with Article 7 of Law 2/2023, this Whistleblower Channel allows for communications to be registered in writing and/or verbally. Information can be provided in the following ways:

1. In Writing:
   • Via postal mail.
   • Using any electronically enabled means.
2. Verbally:
   • Over the phone.
   • Through a voice messaging system, with prior notice that the communication will be recorded. The informant will be informed about the handling of their data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5.
3. In-Person Meeting:
   • At the informant’s request, within a maximum period of seven days from the receipt of the request.
